ShoreTel Telephones

Each faculty member and all staff members (with the exception of some food service and maintenance personnel) have a unique telephone extension with voicemail. Each publicly accessible room contains a ShoreTel 530 or 560 IP telephone. The 6-button IP 560 supports additional line appearances and is provided to staff handling the main telephone line. The basic operations of both models are the same and the following guides may be used with either phone model. The ShoreTel telephone system allows for calling in-house extensions, local, long distance (with account code), call waiting, conference calls, and voicemail. The phones also features a wide array of advanced features, such as a dial-by-name directory, redial list, intercom, speaker phone, and call handling modes.
