Classroom Cable Television

LFCDS has access to Basic Cable from Comcast as part of our Business Class subscription. All Upper and Lower school classrooms with ceiling mounted projectors and combination VCR/DVD players have cable TV connected for them. Use this guide for information on channels and how to watch cable TV in the classrooms. See the LFCDS Channel Listing for available channels.

Watching Cable TV in the Classroom

        Follow these steps to watch cable TV:

1. Power the projector on
    
2. Using the projector remote, change the projector video source to Video
    
    
3. Using the DVD/VCR Combination player remote, power on the DVD/VCR.
    
4. Change the DVD/VCR player to VCR mode
    
    
5. On the DVD/VCR player remote, use the Channel Up and Channel Down, or numeric buttons to change channels.
    
    
6. Use the speaker remote to change the volume of the sound
